Data deletion

You can delete the data Agentum imported from Facebook and Instagram in either of these ways.
Option 1: delete it in Agentum
- Open the Knowledge screen in Agentum.
- Delete the connected source, or delete the whole knowledge base.
The imported items are removed from your account immediately. Any remaining copies, such as backups, are erased within 30 days.
These are three separate actions in the Knowledge screen:
- Disconnecting the account in the connections area deletes the stored access token.
- Removing a source stops syncing it.
- Deleting a source or a knowledge base deletes its imported items.
Disconnecting or removing a source does not delete items that were already imported; delete them as described above.
Option 2: ask us to delete everything
Email keivan@tensurf.ai with your Agentum username. We will delete all Meta data and your Agentum account within 30 days and confirm by email.
Remove Agentum from Facebook
You can also remove the app from your Facebook account: Settings, Apps and Websites, then remove Agentum. This revokes its access to your account.
