Agentum is an AI assistant for businesses, operated by TENSURF LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the Agentum Facebook and Instagram connectors do with your data.

What the connectors are for

The connectors let a business owner connect their own Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to Agentum in order to build a private knowledge base. You connect only accounts you own or manage, and only after you sign in with Meta and approve the permissions shown to you.

Data we read

Access is read-only. After you connect, Agentum reads:

• the list of Facebook Pages you manage;
• posts on those Pages, and the comments on those posts;
• media on your Instagram professional account, and the comments on that media.

Agentum never posts, replies, sends messages or likes on your behalf.

How we use it

Imported items are used inside your business's own Agentum workspace, by the people and agents you give access to. A knowledge base can be attached to projects and agents that you share with your team, and to agents that you choose to publish to visitors; you decide what each one can use. We never sell the data and never use it for advertising, and it is not shared with other customers. We do not use it to build profiles of the people who wrote the comments.

Storage and access tokens

Imported items are stored in your private Agentum account. The access token Meta gives us is stored securely and is used only to read the data listed above.

Disconnecting

You control this at any time in Agentum's Knowledge screen. These are three separate actions:

• Disconnecting the account in the connections area deletes the stored access token.
• Removing a source stops syncing it.
• Deleting a source or a knowledge base deletes its imported items.

Items that were already imported stay in your knowledge base until you delete them.
