These terms govern your use of Agentum, an AI assistant for businesses operated by TENSURF LLC ("we", "us"). By using Agentum you agree to them.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account and for everything you connect to it. Connect only Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You keep all rights to your content; you give us permission to process it only to provide Agentum to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use Agentum to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, to harass or deceive people, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or to violate the terms of Meta or any other connected platform.
AI output
Agentum uses AI models, which can make mistakes. Check important answers before relying on them.
No warranty
Agentum is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TENSURF LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Agentum is limited to the amount you paid us for Agentum in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Agentum and delete your data at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which TENSURF LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
